Shipping
Products will be shipped within 5-7 days from the day of order placed.
Order Cancellation
Order once placed cannot be cancelled.
Refunds and Returns
Before you return a product, please make sure that:
1. The product was purchased in the last 5 days
2. The product is not used more than 10%, products less than 90% are not eligible for a refund
3. Refund will not be issued without the return of the product
You are required to contact us by email support@ttapasindia.com to get the return address for shipping.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will be made within 10 days via bank transfer.
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Refund may not be issued without the return of the product
Kindly provide photographs for assessment of damage such that we can determine if its eligible for refund.
